Senator Hirono visited with students from Ke Kula o Ehunuikaimalino Hawaiian Immersion School on Thursday. The Senator shared the history of the King Kamehameha Statue in the U.S. Capitol. The students are performing a traditional Hawaiian chant and hula at Teach for America’s 25th Anniversary Summit in Washington, D.C.
