Senator Hirono Talks Job Creation with Ray Jardine of Native Hawaiian Veterans

Senator Hirono, a member of the Senate Small Business and Veterans’ Affairs Committees, met with Ray Jardine, Chairman and CEO of Native Hawaiian Veterans, LLC. Native Hawaiian Veterans is a service disabled veteran-owned small business that works with the U.S. military, other federal contractors and private corporations primarily on homeland security issues. Dr. Jardine discussed his company’s work with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the process of securing Department of Defense contracts and challenges faced by Native Hawaiian small businesses.
