Senator Hirono Talks Immigration Reform with American Immigration Lawyers Association

Senator Hirono addressed more than 300 immigration attorneys who were visiting the Capitol as part of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Spring Conference. The Senator stressed the importance of fighting to expand deferred action for immigrants currently in the United States and thanked attendees for their work in advocating for the immigrant community.
